Recommended training sessions are 3 to 4 hours for teachers, PEIMS and
Administrative staff training.
* It is a good idea to
have your Administrative/PEIMS/Registrar/In-put data
clerk/Attendance Clerk (Schools identify this person using
different names) attend both sessions.
On-Site Training is available for $150 per hour with a
3-hour minimum, plus travel expenses. In most cases, travel
would only involve a $0.51/mi charge. Classes are limited to 20.
Please have the software installed in the training room and
connected to a projector. Log on as a teacher to insure software
is installed correctly.

Off-Site Training is available for $150 per attendee per session.
Training manuals will be provided. Classes will be limited to 9.
Classes will be held at our San Antonio location.
GradeSpeed has a 48-hour cancellation policy and requires a
call within 24 hours of training to insure installation is
complete and has been tested or a fee of $75 will be charged. Testing
should include signing on as a teacher.
All measures mentioned above are in place to make sure that the
best training environment will be met with our expert trainers.
The school will have access to the training materials to be copied
for trainees.
